For Photography & Videography Services:

Acceptance of Terms: By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

Services Offered: We provide photography and videography services, including but not limited to corporate, real estate, event, product, and food photography and videography.

Payment and Fees: Payment terms and fees for our services are provided upon inquiry and are subject to change. Payment for services rendered must be made as agreed upon.

Intellectual Property: All content, including images, videos, texts, logos, and trademarks on this website are the intellectual property of Dubai’s Best Photography & Videography (DBPV) and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Use of Content: Content on this website is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Privacy: We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranty: Our website and services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability: Dubai’s Best Photography & Videography Services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of our website or services.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: Dubai’s Best Photography & Videography Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

For Studio Rentals:

1. Rental time is calculated from the moment of entry to exit, not from the actual start of the shoot.

2. At the end of the rental period, the premises must be left in an orderly condition, and all props must be returned. Any waste materials generated during the shoot must be removed before the rental period’s end. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning charge of AED 100.

3. If the shoot exceeds the booked time, additional hours will be charged accordingly. If an immediate booking follows, the rate will be AED 450 per hour; otherwise, it will be AED 300 per hour.

4. Studio rental for video is suitable for 1-2 person interviews only.

5. The studio rental package includes only the specified equipment. Additional charges will apply for any other equipment required.

6. Negligence leading to damage to equipment or property will result in additional charges and penalties.

7. It’s essential to strictly adhere to the session timings to avoid conflicts with other bookings.

8. Dubai’s Best Photography and Videography reserve the right to reject any booking request.

9. All rates are exclusive of 5% VAT.

10. Any booking cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking date.
